Las Vegas BBQ Festival 2026 — Nevada BBQ Association

Las Vegas BBQ Festival is back for its fourth year on Saturday, November 7, with competition ribs, chicken drums, and cook’s-choice sides at Red Rock Harley-Davidson. The Nevada BBQ Association has a $6,000 competition prize pool, while guests can taste the entries and cast their own votes. For grown-ups, the 21+ beer garden brings craft beer and alcoholic slushies to the party.

Find the grills at 2260 S Rainbow Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89146, from noon to 4 PM. Spectator admission is free; a $20 sample pack includes five tasting tickets and one voting token, subject to availability. Expect live music, vendors, games and raffles. Come for the barbecue science, stay for the entirely subjective debate about whose ribs win.
