WINGS Luxury Tea & Brunch

WINGS — Women Inspiring New Growth for Success — hosts a luxury tea and brunch built around exactly the kind of slow, social morning that name promises: live violin, a candle-making activity, brunch service, and a room full of women leaning into the sisterhood angle the group is built on. It’s less a quick bite and more a whole late-morning experience.

The Demonbreun Street location puts it in the middle of one of Nashville’s busiest restaurant-and-nightlife strips, so it’s an easy stop to build an afternoon around. Day-drinkers who want their brunch cocktail with a side of craft activity and community should carve out the late morning and stick around through the candle-making before the tea service wraps.
