Sparkling Wine Dinner at Char Memphis
Char Memphis celebrates its 10th anniversary with a five-course sparkling wine pairing dinner featuring some of their greatest hits — from jumbo lump crab cakes to cornbread-dusted redfish and house-made pecan pie. Each course is paired with a different sparkling wine, from Champagne to Prosecco Rosé to Brachetto d’Acqui, guided by market manager Alexandria Eddlemon.
